So I had pre-ordered Alexander Wang’s Diego bucket bag a while back (along with my shoes and clothes), but sadly, the one that was supposed to be mine was sold to someone else (communication problems, also, someone in San Francisco has my Diego bag haha), so I was very sad and thought that maybe I wouldn’t get my hands on it after all. Thankfully, my friend Jonathan at Barney’s called up New York and had one shipped to me (thanks, Jonathan, you’re the best!)! So here it is, the infamous Diego bag! I don’t actually have a black everyday purse, so this will be perfect and really useful. It’s a bit bigger than I remembered, but still cool! With lots of pockets and that beautiful, heavy, pebbled black leather, it goes with anything! I’m wearing it with these great high-waisted Acne pants, which I got in New York in March, but wear very seldom (too hot…), and this great turquoise ring by a family friend/jeweler, Massimio Sanalitro. I also got this Max fanny pack to use as a bookbag at school. It’s big enough to fit my laptop, has enough pockets for lots of random stuff, and is basically a giant fanny pack. What’s not to love? I’m super excited to bike around campus with it. The Topshop tote I used last year hurt my shoulder a lot (it’s not really meant to carry a computer), so hopefully this will be more comfortable and durable.

Now, I’m off to study more French! I’m finally starting to learn French, I’ve been meaning to for so long. Ideally, I’d improve on my other foreign languages (I speak Spanish, a bit of Vietnamese, and Japanese, all very badly), but instead I’m adding another language to the list of languages-I-can-barely-speak!
